Vertical and Horizontal Continuous Band Heat Sealer

Description:

Designed to provide a speedy solution to sealing a large volume of filled pouches, ensuring that the same consistent seal is applied to your pouches thanks to a continuous band and conveyor belt for a fast and efficient packaging production line.

Guide the edge of the packaging to be sealed into the heat sealer and the machine will carry the packaging through the heat sealer using heat to create an effect strong seal. The embossing wheel can be personalised with any text such as an expiry date with up to 15 characters, stamping your chosen text within the seal.

The machine can be assembled for vertical sealing (packaging bag standing up) or converted for horizontal sealing (packaging bag laying down).
